Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Incredible views. Possibly some of the most stunning on the island. This paired with the unbelievable quality of the breakfast made everything about our stay feel like a dream getaway.

The rooms were a bit dark but good for nightly rest. They also had some technical difficulties with their check-in system but I wouldn’t say “I didn’t like this about the property.” Just a minor inconvenience that was easily solved.

Memorable breakfast with view!

Fantastic location and the best breakfast ever! Amazing view from the breakfast area - what a way to start the day! Lovely staff.

Did not like the straw curtain dividing the bathroom / bedroom - no privacy at all. Missed air conditioning in the corridors and elevators.

Great stay at the north part of the island

Wonderful hotel, newly renovated. There are some things that needs to be finished like putting shelves in the bathroom for the cosmetics, but my guess is this is going to be completed soon. The beds were super comfortable, the whole hotel is sparkling clean and the staff are super nice. The breakfast was awesome - large variety of very high quality food.

The only thing I would say is that we expected the room to be a little more spacious. It looked more spacious on the photos.

Couldn’t have been better

Location is great and the bay is very nice. All the rooms have view of the sea and we really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Beach is accessible directly from the hotel and the pools are also cozy for relaxing and refresh.

Noisy beach but beautiful hotel and pool

Breakfast, view, car park and staff

A festival on the beach directly outside the hotel meant it was noisy with construction work on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before the main concert on Saturday. The beach was not relaxing and we were asked to move sun beds to make space. The hotel should have made us aware in advance of arriving

Overall we enjoyed our stay for the money if was nice but I don’t think I’d go back ,

This hotel definitely isn’t a 5 star compared to other 5 stars we’ve stayed at in Ibiza . Having said that it was considerably cheaper so all in all its a good option for a cheaper getaway. The good points were the breakfast and the setting apart from the building site nearby which should be finished soon. The room was spacious, we got a sea view with an upgrade .

Very poor pool area , awful sunbeds awful music constantly playing , reception staff being incompetent. The fact you have to hand your car keys in .

Lovely hotel- but eat out more.

Great views and beautiful pool and beach.

Half board food was good but very repetitive- same puddings, veg and salads cheeses every night- only changed the meat/fish choice.

Everything. This hotel is amazing from the views at breakfast and in the rooms to the friendly efficient staff to the two lovely pools and the VERY relaxed atmosphere. What a great place to experience the wonderful chilled out island that Ibiza is.

Another wonderful and restful week, we will be back.

great location, and as previous guests of The Club Cala San Miguel Hotel we enjoyed being able to have dinner and drinks at The Club hotel, and breakfast on the terrace at Cala San Miguel Hotel. Food at both was amazing, staff were friendly with prompt service, and room balcony views were stunning.

Nothing of significance to impair our stay, just a few comments: Limited space in the room to store 2 suit cases, (no room under the bed and not enough room in the wardrobe). Sparse on complimentary drinks - only 1xcaf and 1xdecaf capsules per day for 2 guests. Some questionable design with the gutters from the floors above emptying directly onto the balconies below, as we discovered when we left swimwear out to dry. It had the feeling of a new hotel (which it is) still encountering some teething problems. But would we stay there again? Yes we would, but probably back at the Club Cala San Miguel Hotel next door.

Great! Would go again.

This is my pretty exhaustive review. I write this as a frequent international traveller and a detail-focused person… In a nutshell: imperfect and not always 5* but a nice stay nonetheless and I would stay again. The details… Things that are great about this hotel: - view overlooking the bay - room cleanliness - appearance and general cleanliness of hotel Things that are good about this hotel: - you can use the sister hotel which we went to for a night as it was a bit more lively - Free coffee pods each day (with 1 milk between 2! We asked for milk sent up to the room but it never arrived…) - Some of the staff were good and nice - Free champagne on arrival was a nice welcoming touch - Close to beach

Things that weren’t so good for us: - Location - without a car - means constantly taxiing to other more lively places - the smaller quiet hotel we were in was pretty much dead on an evening in September so necessitated €35 each way taxis to the old town and to restaurants - The name is so similar to the sister hotel (Club Cala) we got taken there by accident which was a bit stressful. They arranged a car to take us to the sister (smaller, quieter, still lovely) hotel but this could easily be made clearer - The drinks in the hotel are expensive - occasional strong sewage smells but nothing too problematic - staff were very hit and miss in attitude. The breakfast serving staff and drinks staff (bearing in mind cocktails are €15 per person!) are a bit surly. - Getting attention for a cup of tea or coffee was a bit ridiculous in the mornings and as standard someone should be coming over in a timely manner and taking your drinks order. It’s the least you can expect for a hotel of this standard. - Waffles and things freezing at breakfast put out 2 hours prior. Why not just put the untasted waffles next to the toaster and allow us to toast fresh ourselves and eat them hot instead of chewing bricks. - We paid for beds on the beach because no one told us there was a small portion free for hotel staff. We only realised after. This feels like a key bit of info to tell people when they ask how to get down to the beach. - VERY steep stairs for a senior in our group to access the beach. - HUGE holding fee of £670 came out of my account while we were there. I was fine but that could be hard for people to take such a hefty deposit. It went back in after 5 days. Apparently this is Booking.com, not the hotel.

I traveled alone and felt very comfortable the location is beautiful but neighboring hotels are very loud
